Refund Policy

SHIVALIK INSTITUTE OF REAL ESTATE Refund Policy

The students are advised to go through all details before joining the course as the fees once paid are non-refundable.

As per the decision taken on June 10th, 2010 by the National Consumer Redressal Commission, the fees can be refunded after adjusting the processing fee and other expenses if any in case of replacement by new student/seat by cancelled student before starting the course. The decision of Management will be considered final in such a case.
